Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management (HRM) is the programme for helping employees to develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities. Human Resource Management includes such opportunities as employee career development, employee training, performance management and development, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, key employee identification and organization development.

Human Resource Management (HRM) course is offered by IACT Global in collaboration with Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU). The programme in Human Resource Management (HRM) is designed to satisfy the requirements both of students who wish to make a career in HR and working professional wanted to upgrade their skills. In this course, you will get the knowledge and insights about employee development, both within and outside of the workplace. That can help you to excel and make a career in this industry.

Duration: 12 months

Eligibility: Graduation or appeared for the final year examination of graduation or Diploma with 2 years of work experience

Enrolment Process

The interested candidates have to apply to IACT for enrolling for the programme. IACT will forward the details of candidate’s application to YCMOU, which will further review the eligibility criteria on individual basis. The course coordinator of YCMOU reserves the right to decline the candidature of any applicant whose eligibility criteria is not at par as per the requirements of the course. The candidates must complete the course, required assignments, term-project, etc as communicated by the faculty or as contained in the course material. On successful completion of these requirements candidates would be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma from YCMOU, Nashik.

• Payment can be made by cheque in favour of "IACT GLOBAL". You can put a cheque in one of the HDFC/ICICI bank branches or ATM centres.
• We can send a person to collect the cheque from your home or office. Just send us your address.
