Question What are the formats of the iACT exams?
Answer The exams are timed for 45 minutes to an hour and have between 40 to 60 multiple choice questions. All answers that you give are saved. There is no possibility to change answers later.
 
Question How many marks are required to pass the exam?
Answer Participants require 40 percent marks to pass the exam. In case you do not pass the exam, you do have the provision to take it again.
 
Question How does iACT differentiate between its students?
Answer If you are able to score 80% or more in your exam, you would have qualified with "Distinction". Your hard copy certificate will have the words 'Distinction' as proof of the fact that you have scored distinction marks.
 
Question What is the cost of the training and certification?
Answer The cost of the training and certification varies from country to country. On average our training programs cost around USD 160 to USD 400
 
Question How long till my certificate arrives?
Answer The certificate takes 1 week for delivery. The certificate is sent through courier.
 
Question What payment options are available?

Question Is there a possibility of a refund?
